So I want to encourage you to a few things: **1) Identifying potential leaders.** As a church, we want to constantly be identifying and equipping others for the work of the ministry. So if there are people in your group who stand out, encourage them to pray and consider and even give them a chance to try leading in one of the sessions! **2) Take note of attendance and open spots.** Throughout the season, new people attend our church and are looking to be a part of community. When that happens, I'll message a number of you to see if you'd be willing to take them into your group. Of course, there's no pressure to accept, but just keep that in mind if you have space! **3) Pray for Valor Christian Academy!** VCA is a private Christian school in Redondo Beach that we support through a number of ways. Many of the students who attend are not believer nor are their families. One way we can support them is through prayer! In each of your PCO Groups page, I'll attach a VCA staff card so that you can be praying for them! *Please highlight this with your group* since the VCA will be in attendance at Lighthouse on October 18th for the VCA Commissioning!
